Aras Ruslys is passionate about your health, well-being & getting you back to doing what you enjoy most in life.

Aras graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney in Australia. Upon graduating, he had the opportunity to work closely with the West Harbour Rugby Union team providing on-field injury assessment & management, as well as off-field rehabilitation & return to sport training.

Since returning home to Toronto, he has gained valuable experience working in various clinical settings, which have given him the ability to provide goal-oriented treatment in a diverse spectrum of environments.

Aras is consistently seeking out the best ways to get his patients back on track & has added a significant number of skills to aid in treating his patients including but not limited to Concussion rehabilitation, Functional Dry-needling, Running Gait Analysis, McKenzie MDT, Rehabilitation Pilates, Power-Lifting Rehabilitation, Mulligan’s techniques, & Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Aras is fully certified as an Emergency First Responder & is currently seeking his certification as a titled Sports Physiotherapist with Sports Physio Canada & continuing his education towards successful completion of his orthopedic levels to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists.

Aras has also volunteered at the Pan-Am & Para Pan-Am Games in Toronto, helping to provide his medical expertise to diagnose & treat a variety of injuries.

When he’s not busy working, you might catch a glimpse of him catching fly-balls in the outfield, running or cycling with his family through the streets of Etobicoke, hitting up one of the many outdoor tennis or basketball courts of Toronto, or hiking the many trails Ontario has to offer.
